Software Engineer (Full Stack)

We’re a fast-growing startup building a smarter way for companies to plan and book team travel. Backed by top investors, we’re streamlining the $30B+ meeting and events space with software and AI that automates hotel sourcing, contracts & payments, and booking management.
We're looking for an experienced full stack engineer eager to impact both our product and infrastructure. You’ll join a tight-knit team with a lot of autonomy, minimal process, and a shared focus on building things that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable features across our entire tech stack.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, design, and engineering team members to shape both technical direction and user-facing solutions.
- Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code, and take ownership from initial concept through deployment and monitoring.
- Continuously improve our architecture, tooling, deployment, and development practices to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute thoughtfully to technical discussions, and mentor junior team members as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a full-stack role.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Ruby, Java, TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of core frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience managing or deploying to cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure), and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Ability to independently manage projects and solve complex technical problems effectively.
Nice to Have
While not required, experience or familiarity with the following is beneficial:
- Our current tech stack: Go, Elm, Postgres.
- Infrastructure tools: GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Continuous integration tools such as Concourse CI.
- Experience or a strong interest in AI technologies.

Interview Process
- Introductory conversation with one of the co-founders (30 min)
- Technical screening interview (1 hr with an engineer)
- Pairing session focused on a relevant, real-world problem (2 hr with another engineer)
- Team fit assessment:
- Design discussion and Q&A (45 min)
- Cultural fit interview (30 min - 1 hr with one of the co-founders)
