We are a software and AI platform revolutionizing how corporate customers book hotel room blocks and meeting spaces.
We take the friction out of group travel. Instead of endless phone tag and negotiation with hotels, our AI helps companies secure group discounts seamlessly. We are solving a massive pain point for corporate meeting planners and operations teams, and we are looking for a key player to help us scale.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Founding BDR to join our core team.
This is not an entry-level role. We need a professional who has already mastered the art of outbound prospecting and is ready to take ownership of a sales function.
You will work directly alongside the CEO/Founder and the Head of GTM. You won’t just be executing a playbook—you will help us write it. We need someone who can bring best practices from previous success to help us build a scalable revenue engine.
⚡️ What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Generation: Your primary obsession will be generating valid pipeline. You will prospect relentlessly to set high-quality meetings for the Founder and Head of GTM to close.
- Strategic Hunting: You will identify high-value stakeholders (Meeting Planners, EAs, Operations Leaders) and craft personalized, multi-channel outreach strategies (Cold Call, Email, LinkedIn, Video) that cut through the noise.
- Tech Stack Mastery: You will build prospect lists and automate workflows using best-in-class GTM software. You know how to leverage tools to 10x your output.
- Feedback Loop: You will act as the "eyes and ears" of the market. You will rigorously document objections and wins, providing critical feedback to Product and Marketing to refine our fit.
🦄 Who You Are
- Proven Closer (Required): You have 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience at a B2B SaaS company. You have a track record of hitting or exceeding quota and can prove it with numbers.
- Industry Experienced (Strong Plus): Experience in Travel Tech, Fintech, or Back-Office software is highly desired. You understand the nuances of selling efficiency and automation to operational teams.
- Self-Starter: You don’t need to be managed. You know how to organize your day, manage your territory, and drive results without someone looking over your shoulder.
- Articulate & Polished: You are comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers. Your written communication is concise, professional, and compelling.

💰 Compensation & Incentives
We believe in paying for performance. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, and the compensation reflects that.
💵 The Numbers
- Base Salary: $80,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000
- Equity: 0.25% Founding Equity Grant (You are an owner, not just an employee).
The Incentive Plan Details:
- Uncapped Commissions: There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
- The Metric: Payouts are driven by Qualified Meetings Held (Sales Accepted Opportunities).
- Payout Schedule: Commissions are calculated and paid Monthly. We want you to feel the reward immediately.
- Performance Threshold: We operate with a monthly production floor. You must hit a minimum volume of qualified meetings to unlock your commission tier (retroactive to the first meeting). We reward consistency and high performance.

🚦 The Interview Process
We respect your time and move fast. You'll meet three members of our leadership team across three conversations:
- Intro & Vision (30 min) – CEO & Co-Founder
- Tactics & Experience (45 min) – Head of GTM
- Product & Problem Solving (60 min) – Co-Founder (Product & Ops)
Each round includes a mix of questions and hands-on elements—expect role-plays, live exercises, and discussion of past work.
After the above interviews:
- We will request 2 references (ideally former managers)
- If we are aligned, we move immediately to an offer
